Yesterday we went to the beach at low tide.
Dearly Beloved asked did I need help getting down.
Of course not. I ca– oops! swoosh! splat!!!
No spring break kids on this beach. If you’re coming for contemplation and serenity, this is the place. If you’re coming to meet guys, Gertrude, the pickings are slim. Even if you see one, he’s apt to be running.
Hold it!
Move on, Gertrude. That one is mine.
LOL, looks like you guys had some great fun at the beach! Nice photos too!
*Sigh* You’re so lucky to have such a nice beach to go to. My big excitement of the day: I killed a scorpion on the back porch.
Few things are better than a beach that is deserted, especially if the weather is nice. Glad you had a good day.
Lovely picture for a gloomy Chicago day….I just posted on facebook my mood matched the weather–thanks for sending some sunshine my way.

Out side of that first step, you really have a nice private beach. Ah, was he trying to leave you behind?
It feels serene just looking at it! Incorporate wave sounds into your next post and I’m there!
What a beautiful beach. I wish I were there RIGHT NOW.
The Carolina beaches are so beautiful and were are peace for 9 years. We will never forget them. 🙂
That would be “our” not “are”. Its still early. And that’s the best excuse I can give.
Oh… are you reenacting that famous scene in from here to eternity? 😉
